Lead enterprise systems product strategy, roadmaps, and adoption. Prioritize investments, drive cross-system alignment, define governance and KPIs, mentor product teams, advise executives, and ensure measurable business value through optimization, consolidation, and sustained user adoption.

Manage tax and audit engagements with minimal supervision; perform engagement reviews, client research, and analyses; supervise and mentor staff; strengthen client relationships; improve team profitability through efficient time management; work toward CPA licensure; and handle other duties, including occasional evenings/weekends and domestic travel as needed.

Paid busy-season internship supporting tax and audit engagements. Perform research and data analysis, identify issues, prepare reports and recommendations, develop client relationships, and work collaboratively under supervision.

Advise affordable housing developers on LIHTC (9% and 4%) transactions from feasibility through closing. Lead application and allocation strategy, review underwriting and pro formas, coordinate stakeholders, support closings and 8609 issuance, mentor staff, and contribute to practice knowledge sharing.
