Paid busy-season internship supporting tax and audit engagements. Perform research and data analysis, identify issues, prepare reports and recommendations, develop client relationships, and work collaboratively under supervision.

Manage and complete tax engagements with minimal supervision, conduct engagement reviews and research, supervise and mentor staff, strengthen client relationships, improve team profitability, and work toward obtaining a CPA license while meeting firm deadlines.

Lead and advise on complex 9% and 4% LIHTC transactions from feasibility through closing. Provide strategy, underwriting review, application and allocation leadership, financial modeling support, and client/stakeholder coordination. Mentor staff, contribute best practices, and manage multiple client engagements with minimal oversight.

Manage tax engagements with minimal supervision: plan, staff, review work, mentor and evaluate accounting staff, grow client relationships, support business development, and enhance office profitability.

Under close supervision, complete tax and audit engagements, conduct business-specific research and data analysis, identify and communicate issues, develop client relationships, meet firm deadlines, and support team projects. May work evenings/weekends and travel domestically as required.

Manage Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams; own month-end and annual close; review financial statements; oversee cash forecasting, vendor payments, fixed assets, and ERP/configuration updates; implement controls and process improvements; support AR and Time & Billing with Accounting Manager; perform ad hoc projects.

Advise affordable housing developers on LIHTC (9% and 4%) transactions from feasibility through closing. Lead application and allocation strategy, review underwriting and pro formas, coordinate stakeholders, support closings and 8609 issuance, mentor staff, and contribute to practice knowledge sharing.

Provide legal advice supporting business stakeholders and General Counsel. Manage the contracts team and paralegals to draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, and subcontract agreements. Oversee subpoena compliance, court-related matters, lease review, intellectual property management, and outside counsel engagement. Prioritize deadlines, advise on legal risk, and support strategic development of the legal department.

Support the General Counsel by advising on client and third-party contracts, managing subpoena and court matters, handling employment and IP issues, reviewing leases, overseeing contracts team, and assisting with litigation and compliance.
