Senior Corporate Counsel will negotiate commercial, data licensing, vendor, customer, partnership, and NDA agreements; manage contract workflows; advise on AI data rights, privacy, consent, and data protection; monitor legal developments; and develop templates and review processes. The role also provides occasional employment, IP, and lease support with external counsel. This is the company’s first in-house attorney role, focused on practical legal guidance for research and product development.

Own paid acquisition campaigns, experimentation, measurement, conversion optimization, and activation initiatives. Build repeatable acquisition channels, establish tracking and attribution, analyze cohorts and funnels, manage budgets, improve landing pages and onboarding, and connect marketing performance to retention, revenue, and unit economics. The role requires hands-on execution, analytical judgment, creative testing, and independent zero-to-one ownership.

Own day-to-day finance operations, including expense tracking, vendor payments, and month-end close with an external accountant. Lead cross-functional projects, improve spending efficiency, build internal communication systems, and create scalable processes as the company grows. The role requires resourcefulness, strong problem-solving, and the ability to operate across finance, HR, and broader business needs in a fast-moving startup environment.
