Lead strategic direction and delivery for one Medical Affairs and one Commercial pharmaceutical account. Build senior client relationships, manage financial performance, mentor Client Services teams, drive operational excellence, support business development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated medical communications solutions and identify growth opportunities.

Lead and manage medical affairs and publications projects (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, advisory boards) from planning through submission. Serve as primary client partner, oversee timelines, budgets, and workflows, collaborate with scientific and editorial teams, support strategic publication plans, and contribute to account growth and business development.

Lead client relationships and strategic delivery of Medical Affairs programmes for pharma/biotech clients, overseeing scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, medical education, advisory boards, congress activities, budgeting, forecasting, team leadership, and project delivery across product lifecycles.
