Teams at Numeral

Build and operate Numeral’s public API, MCP server, billing and ERP integrations, infrastructure, data pipelines, and platform services. Own projects from design through production, improve observability and reliability, automate deployment workflows, and contribute to architecture decisions. The role requires strong backend engineering, distributed systems knowledge, cloud and container experience, and a customer-focused approach to dependable financial automation.

Build production software while working directly with customers on technical implementations, onboarding, integrations, debugging, and workflow automation. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable product features. Own engineering projects from requirements through deployment, improve APIs and developer experience, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.

Own and expand strategic relationships with accounting and CPA firm partners. Build partnerships from scratch, negotiate agreements, develop joint business plans, drive referrals, co-marketing, enablement, and integrations, and report on partnership performance. Engage executive stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering, and contribute to channel strategy. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic partnership development, operational rigor, and travel for partner meetings and industry events.
