Teams at Nutrafol

Manually test Nutrafol’s ecommerce website and mobile experiences across devices, browsers, and viewports. Identify, document, and track functional, visual, copy, usability, and regression defects in Jira while collaborating with QA leads, product managers, developers, and designers. The role requires timely execution in an Agile environment, strong communication and attention to detail, and recent experience using AI tools to improve test scripting, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing efficiency.

Lead organic social strategy and execution for Nutrafol and Nutrafol Men, developing platform-native content, managing community and creators, partnering cross-functionally on campaigns, optimizing performance through analytics, and managing budgets and production to drive brand awareness and business impact.

Manage e-commerce and B2B order operations, including fraud screening, payment verification, fulfillment, shipping issues, returns, chargebacks, and order-error investigations. Coordinate with 3PLs, fulfillment centers, carriers, offshore teams, and internal Customer Experience and Supply Chain teams. Monitor operational queues, troubleshoot system issues, triage projects, document requirements, and ensure orders and tracking are processed within SLAs.
