Supports dealership sales by preparing legal documents, arranging vehicle financing and leases, verifying compliance and insurance, collecting payments and registration materials, selling aftermarket protection products, calculating profits, and completing transaction logs. Requires professional customer service, accurate documentation, regular attendance, extensive standing and walking, a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and successful background and motor vehicle record reviews.

Sell new and used vehicles on a commission basis; maintain CRM with daily prospecting and call activity; greet and assist customers; manage vehicle delivery paperwork and licensing; keep showroom and lot organized; follow sales department procedures; meet daily goals and collaborate with management and team. Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.

Sell and deliver new and pre-owned vehicles by guiding customers through purchasing, leasing, financing, protection products, accessories, and vehicle delivery. Prospect, follow up, document all customer interactions, meet sales and FPP quotas, maintain training/certifications and product knowledge, and achieve Elite customer satisfaction scores.
