Dental insurance
Obie offers two comprehensive dental plans, covering 100% of the cost of preventative care and a majority portion of all other dental services. Virtual dental visits are available for emergencies.
Disability insurance
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Obie's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses and dependent care with pre-tax contributions of up to $3,300 for medical and $5,000 annually.
Health insurance
Obie provides comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage through 4 plan options., allowing employees to select the best fit for them and their families' needs. HSAs are also available.
Life insurance
Obie covers all full-time employees with group-term life insurance equal to 1x their annual salary (maximum of $250,000), and offers additional voluntary coverage up to $500,000.

Child Care + Parental Leave
Family medical leave
Obie offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Generous parental leave
Obie offers 12 weeks of paid parental leave for new parents. This can be taken at once or incrementally within 6 months of a new child placement. Obie also offers complimentary parent coaching.
