Manage operational, security, and compliance risks; evaluate controls, oversee risk acceptance and issue lifecycles, and drive remediation. Build automated Python, API, and AI-agent workflows to scale risk operations. Develop risk analytics, KRIs, KPIs, assessment methodologies, and executive reporting while advising stakeholders on security controls, regulatory frameworks, and risk governance.

Own Okta’s authentication policy product strategy and roadmap, including the Policy Framework, Policy API, Auth Pipeline, and policy change management. Partner with engineering, design, customers, and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, launch, and adopt secure policy capabilities. Serve as the subject matter expert for customer escalations, executive briefings, and enterprise evaluations while tracking trends in adaptive authentication, risk-based access, and session security.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Okta’s AI agent identity products. Define capabilities for agent authentication, delegated authorization, dynamic permissions, lifecycle management, and auditability. Partner with engineering, design, architecture, and stakeholders to launch secure, scalable features based on OAuth/OIDC and emerging AI frameworks. Engage customers, monitor market trends, analyze product data, and support marketing and technical sales as the AI identity subject matter expert.
