Leads a Solutions Engineering team supporting state, local, and higher education accounts across the United States. Responsibilities include developing and mentoring engineers, managing demonstrations, technical evaluations, trials, proof-of-value engagements, deal strategy, executive sponsorship, recruiting, and reporting business impact. The role partners closely with Sales and other teams to drive growth, advises public-sector customers on Okta solutions, and supports complex security and identity opportunities.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for key accounts using Auth0 and Okta. Design scalable customer identity architectures, build prototypes and demos, test REST APIs with Postman, troubleshoot integrations, and resolve complex developer and architectural issues. Lead technical workshops, create code samples and enablement materials, advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams, and mentor TAM peers. The role requires deep expertise in OAuth, OIDC, APIs, web development, CIAM, and workforce identity.

Leads Okta’s global paid media and performance marketing organization, defining strategy across search, social, programmatic, ABM, and emerging channels. Owns multimillion-dollar media investment, pipeline contribution, attribution, ROI, agency governance, and executive alignment. Builds global teams and operating models while advancing AI-driven audience modeling, bidding, creative, measurement, and developer acquisition. Partners with marketing, sales, finance, product, analytics, and data engineering teams to connect media investment with revenue and customer acquisition efficiency.
