Supports human capital consulting engagements through industry research, data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, client recommendations, brainstorming, and executive presentation preparation. The intern contributes to projects involving rewards, HR transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, analytics, and communications while collaborating with senior consultants and clients.

Manage the full lifecycle of reinsurance contracts, including drafting language, coordinating transmittals, and executing final documentation. Build relationships with brokers and clients, respond to contract inquiries, and perform reinsurance contract analysis. Mentor new colleagues through the Contract Drafter Academy and contribute to team projects, training, and workflow tools. The role requires reinsurance experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, independent task management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Lead project teams by translating scopes into work plans, monitoring progress and budgets, and overseeing junior staff. Leverage deep industry knowledge to design and run data collection, develop databases, models, and methodologies, use computer models/databases to deliver client solutions, and conduct performance reviews.

Serve as an individual-contributor actuarial analytics partner to brokers and clients, build complex risk and pricing models, assess reinsurance impacts, communicate insights, and modernize workflows using AI and modern tooling for scalable, repeatable analyses.
