As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will develop AI agents and automation workflows, collaborate with teams, and ensure secure, reliable solutions integrating with various systems.

Designs and owns shared test automation frameworks and scalable test execution infrastructure across web, mobile, and backend services. Builds tooling for test environments, test data, parallel execution, flaky-test detection, and infrastructure monitoring. Partners with engineering teams to improve test coverage and quality practices, reduces feedback-loop friction, and documents testing best practices. The role requires strong automation architecture, cloud-native infrastructure, cross-stack testing, and collaborative influence.

Build and maintain resilient backend services and APIs for fraud detection, identity verification, and transaction monitoring. Integrate third-party risk/compliance platforms, partner with product and engineering teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and produce documentation to ensure secure, reliable systems at scale.

Design and productionize machine learning, deep learning, LLM, personalization, recommendation, search, and retrieval systems. Own the strategy, roadmap, quality, and launch of OnePay’s AI-powered agentic finance capabilities. Translate customer needs, model capabilities, regulatory requirements, and platform constraints into accurate, compliant, trustworthy experiences. Build and operate agent quality measurement systems, prioritize improvements using customer and product data, and partner with engineering, design, research, data science, legal, compliance, and support to ship new capabilities.

Own the zero-to-one development and growth of OnePay’s subscription product, including signup, account setup, subscription management, engagement, retention, conversion, and acquisition. Partner with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to launch compliant, scalable customer experiences. Drive testing, operational readiness, go-to-market collaboration, and post-launch optimization across a consumer fintech platform.

Lead authentication fraud strategy to minimize ATO and scam losses while optimizing customer experience. Build data-driven detection, monitoring, graph analysis, and AI-integrated risk workflows. Partner with product, data, ops, and IT to implement analytics, alerts, and operational processes for authentication risk.

The Corporate Strategy Lead will define business priorities, evaluate fintech trends, develop frameworks, and lead strategic initiatives for OnePay.

The Product Support Engineer will bridge the gap between Engineering and Customer Experience, resolving production issues, using AI for improvements, and consulting with Operations to automate processes.

Leads and develops an analytics engineering team that builds data pipelines, analytical models, reporting, and scalable data infrastructure. Partners with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to deliver reliable, actionable data. Establishes governance, quality, testing, documentation, and modeling standards while prioritizing analytics projects and communicating with stakeholders.

Own credit strategy and analytics for consumer liquidity products, including advance and overdraft. Develop underwriting policies that balance growth and risk, analyze customer behavior and portfolio performance, launch new credit products, use SQL and AI techniques to generate predictive insights, and influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations.

Own end-to-end product and customer analytics across financial product experiences. Define meaningful metrics, analyze complex datasets with SQL, connect customer behavior to business outcomes, and translate qualitative feedback into product insights. Partner with product, engineering, research, data science, and CX teams to influence roadmaps and senior leadership decisions. Use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Supports OnePay’s second-line compliance control environment through control framework maintenance, risk assessments, risk-based monitoring, data quality reviews, process improvements, and product compliance oversight. Partners with cross-functional teams on regulatory, operational, and third-party changes; provides advisory challenge; evaluates control impacts; and prepares leadership and governance reporting. The role also applies analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve monitoring efficiency and coverage.

Own the operational infrastructure for OnePay’s social program, including cross-platform content calendars, legal and compliance approvals, publishing governance, creator campaign coordination, performance reporting, KPI tracking, AI-assisted workflows, SOPs, and social SEO standards. This role ensures content ships efficiently, campaign data remains reliable, and performance insights inform future planning and budget decisions.

Lead visual concepting and execution for paid social campaigns across static, motion, and video. Direct shoots and UGC, build scalable creative systems and templates in Figma, and collaborate with Growth and Brand to ensure on-brand, performance-aware social creative. Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and maintain high craft standards.

Lead day-to-day disputes operations and strategy, drive AI/LLM-driven automation, optimize tooling and vendor performance, perform root cause analysis, and partner cross-functionally to improve dispute workflows, compliance, and customer outcomes.

Lead OnePay's partnerships strategy and execution: identify, negotiate, and manage brand and distribution partners; shape cultural presence; measure partnership ROI; collaborate cross-functionally; and build AI-native approaches for partner research and outreach to drive growth.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will develop and implement features, APIs, and products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
