Build and scale full-stack financial product experiences for OnePay’s employer benefits platform. Lead technical design, establish architectural and coding standards, optimize systems for reliability, security, performance, and scalability, and make technical decisions balancing rapid delivery with sustainable solutions. Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver features across web, iOS, and Android using distributed systems, APIs, and modern frontend technologies.

Own OnePay’s consumer communications and new media program by building relationships with reporters, podcasters, Substackers, live show hosts, and creators. Pitch and secure media placements, manage inbound opportunities, develop partnerships, prepare messaging, monitor coverage and sentiment, and collaborate with legal and compliance in a regulated fintech environment. The role also represents OnePay in interviews and appearances.

Research and prototype transformer-based and graph-based foundation models using customer, transaction, and merchant data. The intern will design and train models, run rigorous experiments, evaluate results, and develop working prototypes. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Applied Science teams to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
