Teams at OnePay

Design end-to-end mobile-first product experiences for OnePay, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and brand. Translate requirements into intuitive interfaces, use and evolve the design system, run critiques, and rapidly iterate from exploration through delivery.

Own end-to-end issue management and lead containment, root cause analysis, and remediation. Serve as project manager for critical product initiatives, coordinating Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Build and improve processes and automation (including AI tooling), manage partner relationships, report to stakeholders, and ensure cross-functional launch readiness.

Lead full-funnel marketing analytics and a small AI-augmented team to measure and optimize paid media and lifecycle journeys. Own test-and-learn experiments, attribution and incrementality frameworks (MTA, MMM), vendor evaluation, and partnership with ML to improve CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency. Translate results into actionable growth recommendations.
