Own healthcare claims adjudication, quality assurance, denials, appeals, EDI and clearinghouse workflows, cost-share accuracy, accounts receivable, aging, reporting, and KPI dashboards. Investigate payment issues, coordinate with prior authorization and finance teams, document SOPs, and mentor analysts while ensuring accurate and compliant radiology claims processing.

Build and maintain Customer Success and Implementation playbooks, SOPs, training programs, knowledge bases, presentation materials, and scalable workflows. Partner cross-functionally to communicate process and product changes, improve automation and efficiency, identify customer risks, and measure enablement effectiveness. Support implementation, launch readiness, customer health, escalations, business reviews, renewals, and expansion.

Leads OneImaging’s engagement marketing and operations to increase radiology service utilization. Builds data-driven, multichannel campaigns; manages marketing technology infrastructure, including Braze; uses eligibility, authorization, and claims data to target members; partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Member Services; and continuously optimizes creative and campaign performance. The role also contributes leadership, team building, and healthcare marketing innovation.
