The role requires accurate analysis of legal orders, timely processing within service-level deadlines, troubleshooting automation failures, reconciliations, journal entries, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads support for payroll tax filing and rejection teams by resolving complex and escalated cases, analyzing payroll tax data, creating SOPs, supporting quality assurance, identifying process improvements and automation opportunities, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to reduce filing errors and improve service accuracy.

Performs daily, monthly, and quarterly payroll tax reconciliations across U.S. jurisdictions. Researches and resolves tax discrepancies, analyzes employer and employee payroll data, performs calculations, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements, and communicates findings and corrective actions to customers. The role supports multiple customers in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
