Teams at OnTrac

Leads customer experience operations, strategy, workflows, and escalation management for major accounts. Oversees customer journey improvements, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention initiatives while coordinating between Commercial and Operations teams. Manages, schedules, coaches, and develops a team of 4–5 employees responsible for resolving daily operational questions and escalations. The role also manages budgets, evaluates team ROI, and translates customer experience goals into actionable processes and operational plans.

Leads cross-functional go-to-market programs and commercial initiatives by managing schedules, dependencies, readiness, risks, decisions, budgets, and executive reporting. Supports OnTrac’s strategic partner program through onboarding, referrals, incentives, contracts, billing, lead management, issue resolution, and new partnership development. Coordinates Marketing, Service Development, Commercial, Pricing, Legal, Operations, IT, and other teams in complex logistics-related environments.

Drives new business growth across large retail and e-commerce accounts by building executive relationships, managing the full enterprise sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and onboarding clients. The role manages territory strategy, account deliverables, customer expectations, and trade show or conference representation while collaborating with enterprise sales leadership.
