Leads complex technical programs across communications platforms, cloud services, applications, infrastructure, and operational systems from planning through deployment. Coordinates globally distributed engineering and business teams, manages dependencies, risks, releases, migrations, integrations, and production readiness, and drives decisions and issue resolution. The role requires strong technical understanding of software lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, APIs, distributed systems, networking, and production operations, along with clear communication and execution discipline.

Prospect and acquire new B2B customers among small and mid-market businesses. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing, conduct product demonstrations, build qualified pipelines, meet quotas, and document activities and forecasts in Salesforce. The role requires cold calling, networking, door knocking, trade show participation, and regular travel across the United States. AI tools are used to create targeted lead lists and email campaigns.

Manage customer onboarding for Ooma Enterprise, including provisioning, installation, configuration, technical guidance, troubleshooting, escalation, and project coordination. Serve as the primary customer contact, set expectations, track implementation tasks, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Sales and Engineering to complete projects on schedule. Train customers on Ooma products and identify opportunities to introduce additional services.
