Coordinates skip-tracing investigations to locate client debtors and collateral. Maintains account inventories, researches databases, evaluates vendors, manages recovery-vendor relationships, prepares production reports, and communicates results to clients and management. The role requires legally compliant investigative practices, strong organization, professional communication, time management, and independent as well as collaborative work focused on production and accountability.

Coordinate vehicle recovery assignments in a high-volume queue by reviewing declined assignments, assigning and managing recovery agents, coordinating fees, and liaising between clients and vendors. Identify and escalate issues, follow up on resolutions, maintain accuracy and quick turnaround, and use internal, Google, vendor, and integration partner systems to complete daily administrative tasks.

Lead product strategy, vision, roadmaps, discovery, and execution for a portfolio of digital marketplace products. Manage Agile development processes, use data to track product performance and KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts. Serve as a senior leadership liaison while prioritizing capabilities that address diverse user needs and align with company goals.
