Processes and verifies high-volume non-purchase-order invoices in Concur or by spreadsheet upload. Reviews coding, authorization, remittance details, taxes, and compliance; selects approvers; resolves payment issues; creates vendor requests; researches PeopleSoft records; reconciles vendor statements; and responds to inquiries. Maintains accuracy, meets deadlines, follows accounting policies, and supports OptumCare accounts payable operations in a primarily remote environment.

Leads Optum Insight’s provider-market territory across the Pacific Northwest, owning growth, profitability, client outcomes, and P&L contributions. Develops territory and account strategies, manages executive relationships, leads matrixed teams, drives renewals and customer satisfaction, influences product and operational priorities, and builds organizational talent. The role also incorporates AI-enabled decision-making, workflow redesign, market intelligence, and executive communication. Requires extensive healthcare or financial-services leadership, managed-services experience, and sustained travel.

Develop and improve reliable LLM and deep learning capabilities for healthcare applications. Lead research and implementation of scalable real-time machine learning models, Responsible AI metrics and practices, RAG and LLM strategies, and technical innovation agendas. Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers, establish best practices, and drive adoption across service teams.
