Teams at Optum

Lead payor contracting strategy and negotiations for the Washington market, oversee contract implementation and payor performance, partner with finance and network teams, drive business development, ensure compliance, and manage/direct contracting and revenue cycle teams to meet reimbursement and growth objectives.

Advocate for provider networks by resolving end-to-end claims issues, improving physician portal usability, designing provider engagement and education programs, identifying network gaps, coaching staff, and supporting complex provider relations matters. Requires field visits and collaboration with contracting and development teams.

Provide in-home personal care and basic health-related services (bathing, grooming, transfers, peri care, toileting), assist with essential household tasks, report client condition changes, travel to client homes, and follow safety and documentation requirements.
