Manages home-based ABA programs for children with autism and related disabilities. Oversees treatment implementation, scheduling, materials, data collection, documentation, staff training, supervision, procedural fidelity, compliance, and communication among consultants, families, and therapy teams. Reviews client progress, maintains medical records, provides parent updates, and identifies when clinical modifications are needed. Requires Washington LABA/LBA certification, ABA experience, staff management skills, a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and daily driving.
