Partner with Territory Managers to promote bone growth therapies to physicians, payors, and distributors. Support accounts and patients within the Naples territory, assist with patient fittings, educational meetings, paperwork, HIPAA-covered order submission, and field patient calls. Frequent travel within the territory (~90%) and in-territory support are required.

Sell and support Orthofix bone growth therapy devices in an assigned territory. Build relationships with surgeons, payers, distributors, and patients; achieve sales quotas; provide training, education, and customer service; complete sales paperwork and reports; attend meetings and conventions. Extensive territory travel required.

Lead U.S. biologics sales strategy to meet revenue goals. Build and manage sales teams and channel partners, implement sales processes and tools, forecast revenue, coordinate launches with marketing, ensure customer-facing operations and consistent order fulfillment, track performance metrics, and drive growth through surgeon and distributor relationships.
