Provides strategic and scientific oversight of outsourced bioanalytical activities supporting clinical development, including PK and biomarker assays. Leads CRO partnerships, method development, validation, troubleshooting, vendor performance, regulatory compliance, submission support, and inspection readiness. Evaluates emerging analytical technologies and drives process improvements while serving as a bioanalytical subject matter expert on cross-functional teams.

Leads Otsuka’s U.S. public policy agenda, developing strategies, policy positions, and legislative responses affecting healthcare access, pricing, reimbursement, Medicare, Medicaid, FDA, PBM reform, 340B, and the Inflation Reduction Act. Partners with Government Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, R&D, and Corporate Affairs; represents Otsuka with trade organizations; oversees consultants and budgets; and manages and develops a public policy team.

Leads the enterprise-wide strategy, governance, operations, and investment prioritization for commercial, medical, and internal meetings and events. Oversees event portfolios, HCP speaker programs, vendors, budgets, compliance, planning processes, performance metrics, and execution across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats. Leads integration, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of biologics CMC data from IND-enabling studies through commercialization. Partners with analytical, process development, MSAT, quality, and regulatory teams to evaluate trends, variability, comparability, method performance, and control strategies. Translates complex datasets into regulatory narratives and defensible CMC decisions, while ensuring data quality, traceability, reconciliation, and readiness for submissions, technology transfers, and manufacturing changes.

Leads gross-to-net forecasting and predictive financial modeling across commercial and government pharmaceutical channels. Analyzes rebates, discounts, copay assistance, payer utilization, and government pricing impacts. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Pricing, Contracting, Marketing, and Government Pricing during close cycles, true-ups, and strategic planning. Oversees data integrity, scenario simulations, accrual strategies, executive reporting, audit controls, and SOX-compliant revenue recognition processes.

Leads contract operations and revenue integrity for commercial and government payer agreements. Oversees rebate claim validation, payment processing, financial-system contract mapping, dispute resolution, recovery of revenue leakage, payer audits, and compliance with SOX, government pricing, and corporate requirements. Manages a specialized team and partners with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Market Access to ensure accurate gross-to-net revenue and enforce contractual remedies.

Leads specialty operations for the launch and ongoing management of an ultra-orphan pharmaceutical product. Develops specialty distribution, pharmacy, hub, reimbursement, buy-and-bill, patient support, and site-of-care strategies. Oversees vendors, workflows, governance, performance metrics, dashboards, and operational risk. Partners with marketing, market access, sales, medical affairs, finance, legal, compliance, and institutional providers while managing and developing a team.

Leads pharmaceutical government pricing calculations, rebate and discount operations, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, audit activities, dispute resolution, and data modernization. Oversees Medicaid, Medicare, VA, FSS, and Department of Defense pricing programs; partners with legal, market access, finance, and commercial teams; manages analysts and vendors; and advises executives on pricing risks and business impacts.

Leads U.S. gross-to-net forecasting, pricing strategy, policy impact analytics, and financial accrual support across a pharmaceutical portfolio. Owns channel- and product-level modeling, scenario analysis, payer and rebate assumptions, KPI monitoring, and Anaplan platform enhancements. Partners with Finance, Market Access, Policy, Brand, Global teams, and auditors to support reporting, governance, pricing decisions, and executive recommendations. Oversees consultants and communicates financial risks, opportunities, and forecast uncertainty to senior leadership.
