Engages healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital channels regarding approved pharmaceutical products, access, and patient-care information. Facilitates speaker programs and provider discussions, develops territory business plans, analyzes market and sales insights, builds relationships with clinical office staff, and collaborates with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, and business leadership teams in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Leads U.S. brand strategy and branded HCP engagement for a rare neurology product across pre-approval readiness and post-approval commercialization. Responsibilities include positioning, HCP segmentation, claims strategy, launch assets, digital and field tools, congresses, peer-to-peer programs, agency management, budgeting, and performance optimization. Partners with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, HEOR, and field teams while ensuring compliant promotional execution.

Provides strategic and scientific oversight of outsourced bioanalytical activities supporting clinical development, including PK and biomarker assays. Leads CRO partnerships, method development, validation, troubleshooting, vendor performance, regulatory compliance, submission support, and inspection readiness. Evaluates emerging analytical technologies and drives process improvements while serving as a bioanalytical subject matter expert on cross-functional teams.
