Own corporate FP&A forecasting, consolidations, cash flow planning, reporting, and financial modeling. Partner with Accounting and cross-functional leaders to analyze variances, improve forecast accuracy, support executive and Board reporting, and guide resource allocation. The role also enhances planning processes, automation, and models covering stock-based compensation, capital expenditures, collections, share count, and long-range planning.

Design product experiences for Outreach’s AI-powered sales execution platform, focusing on conversational intelligence. Responsibilities include creating information architectures, user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and polished UI designs; shaping product vision and roadmaps; conducting customer research and usability studies; extending design systems; collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership; and advancing AI-enabled design tools and processes.

Owns complex, executive-visible customer escalations and leads Outreach’s Red Account and Incident Management programs. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations through critical incidents, driving clear ownership, communication, mitigation, post-mortems, and long-term risk reduction. The role develops scalable processes, facilitates high-pressure decisions, delivers executive reporting, and converts recurring escalation themes into durable supportability and product improvements.
