Provide first-level support, training, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance to partner accounts using Inntopia’s software products. Maintain partner relationships through inbound assistance and proactive outreach, document issues, share best practices, and identify opportunities to sell additional products and services. The role requires strong communication, technical problem-solving, organization, adaptability, and availability for some evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, iOS, and Android fitness applications. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, build API coverage, test GPS and location features through simulation and sensor mocking, and use AI tools to improve QA workflows. Perform targeted exploratory testing, document defects, collaborate cross-functionally, estimate QA work, and advocate for quality throughout development.

Lead Outside’s external communications strategy across its brands and business lines. Develop and execute media pitches, build relationships with national, trade, technology, travel, and outdoor media, manage thought leadership and executive communications, support partnerships and launches, serve as a spokesperson, handle crisis communications, and measure PR performance. This hands-on role requires independently managing strategy, media relations, campaigns, events, awards, and executive preparation in a fully remote environment.
