The BDR Manager (Americas) will lead a team of BDRs, set goals, provide coaching, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing.

As a Strategic People Partner, you will work with senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, manage organizational design, and drive employee relations while optimizing people processes in a remote setting.

Lead and coach a team of 5 Dedicated CSMs across the Americas to drive retention, expansion, and net revenue outcomes for high-value accounts. Establish operating rhythms, capacity planning, early-warning systems for at-risk accounts, and cross-functional escalation management. Champion AI-assisted workflows and data-driven playbooks to scale account monitoring and drive operational efficiency while influencing Product, Sales, and Operations with voice-of-customer insights.

Outbound-focused entry-level sales role generating leads via cold calls, email, and social outreach. Qualify prospects, book high-value meetings, manage pipeline, and collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to translate market feedback into strategy. Use tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator while receiving training and coaching.

Own and run the Deal Strategy intake: review pricing/discounts, triage legal and treasury exceptions, validate order forms, prioritise high-impact deals, maintain clause and pricing playbooks, run cross-functional taskforces, track deal metrics, and design guardrails and enablement for scalable approvals.

Manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, conduct product demos, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer success.

Lead and scale a distributed Product Design and UX Research team, drive AI-augmented design workflows, architect agentic and Zero-UI experiences, evolve the global design system, partner cross-functionally to translate complex compliance and payroll data into intuitive user flows, and establish responsible AI and data privacy design principles.
