The BDR Manager (Americas) will lead a team of BDRs, set goals, provide coaching, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing.

Own and run the Deal Strategy intake: review pricing/discounts, triage legal and treasury exceptions, validate order forms, prioritise high-impact deals, maintain clause and pricing playbooks, run cross-functional taskforces, track deal metrics, and design guardrails and enablement for scalable approvals.

Manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, conduct product demos, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer success.
