Supports post-sales IT client relationships through onboarding, network discovery, technical recommendations, technology roadmaps, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning. Develops scopes of work for applications and hardware installations, trains IT engineers, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients, service desks, and sales teams. Requires experience with managed services, IT operations, cloud technologies, security, networking, migrations, virtualization, and systems integration.

Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and in-person outreach; build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers; present office hardware, software, and managed solutions; customize proposals; follow up with prospects; and grow a sales pipeline through daily prospecting. The role includes structured training, mentorship, commission opportunities, and a path toward sales leadership.
