Manage and grow a portfolio of 20–40 education technology accounts across onboarding, fulfillment, renewal, and upsell. Drive platform adoption, retention, expansion, and customer outcomes by building executive relationships, analyzing account health, coordinating professional development events, and addressing churn risks. Serve as a Packback platform and AI subject matter expert while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams. Travel domestically up to 25%.
