Leads community sales performance, occupancy, and revenue growth. Develops sales strategies, goals, forecasts, and budgets; monitors metrics and market trends; coaches and trains community teams; supports customer service and hospitality standards; and collaborates with executive leadership and internal departments. Builds sales culture, maintains stakeholder relationships, and ensures teams understand senior living offerings, customer needs, and applicable assisted living regulations.
