Lead PandaDoc's organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and others. Produce short-form video and graphics, manage influencer and executive content programs, run social listening and community engagement, align organic with paid social, and build performance reporting and systematic experiments to improve reach and engagement.

Design, build, and deploy predictive GTM models (LTV, attribution, propensity). Lead experimentation and causal analyses, define KPI measurement frameworks, partner with Data Engineering, and translate statistical insights into actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Lead and scale PandaDoc's GTM technology stack and team, owning CRM architecture, integrations, workflow automation, data governance, change management, and roadmap to support Marketing, Sales, and CX.
