Lead and manage all site operations for the Seattle manufacturing and HQ site, ensuring production performance, quality and regulatory compliance, financial results, continuous improvement, workforce and capacity planning, EHS, and cross-functional leadership to scale the facility through growth and inspections readiness.

Lead and scale a customer-facing genomics services lab, overseeing operations, project delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage teams, optimize workflows and capacity, ensure technical oversight of NGS and single-cell workflows, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive KPIs and continuous improvement, and support revenue-generating service growth.

Develop and execute sales strategies for single-cell sequencing products across academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical accounts. Generate new business, manage customer relationships, build sales pipelines, negotiate and close deals, forecast sales, and maintain CRM accuracy. Communicate technical product advantages, collaborate with Field Application Scientists, monitor market trends, and support customer research progress. This home-office role requires approximately 50% travel across the United States and internationally as needed.
