Lead and scale a customer-facing genomics services lab, overseeing operations, project delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage teams, optimize workflows and capacity, ensure technical oversight of NGS and single-cell workflows, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive KPIs and continuous improvement, and support revenue-generating service growth.

Supports multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, website, social media, paid advertising, and SEO. Coordinates campaign timelines, creates and edits content, manages digital marketing platforms, tracks performance, and uses analytics to improve engagement, lead generation, conversions, and organic search results. Collaborates with Product Marketing, Design, Communications, Sales, and other teams on integrated marketing initiatives.
