Design, develop, implement, test, and support high-quality internal software and customer-facing products. Enhance existing products and design APIs that integrate systems. Ensure security measures and perform code testing and reviews.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full‑stack systems and APIs. Extend products to handle large datasets, reporting, and third‑party/Microsoft Graph integrations. Write secure, testable production code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and mentor engineers. Own features end‑to‑end from design through deployment using CI/CD and DevOps practices in a distributed team.

Manage and grow relationships with channel partners (MSPs, resellers, distributors) to drive renewals, expansions, and partner-led new business. Own pipeline, forecasting, contract negotiations, and end-customer experience, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining CRM data accuracy.
