Manage an assigned portfolio of alternative-energy accounts, monitoring client financial condition, performance, industry trends, risk, profitability, and compliance. Ensure loans and advances follow approved structures and policies, document legal requirements, underwrite deal changes, manage budgets, and improve procedures. The role requires financial acumen, client service, communication, collaboration, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Leads enterprise People & Culture technology, operations, analytics, and enablement. Owns the HR technology roadmap, governance, security, process optimization, automation, AI-enabled workforce solutions, data quality, reporting, and analytics. Partners with executives and technology teams to improve employee experience, workforce insights, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Oversees transformation, change management, vendors, budgets, projects, and team development, with travel up to 10%.

Leads a team investigating complex, high-risk AML, sanctions, and fraud matters. Oversees case assignment, escalation, SAR decisioning, documentation quality, regulatory timeliness, and examiner-ready artifacts. Coaches investigators, manages performance and capacity, identifies emerging typologies and control gaps, reports metrics, supports audits and examinations, and partners with compliance, legal, fraud, sanctions, and technology teams. Ensures investigative conclusions meet OCC, FinCEN, OFAC, and internal standards.
