Provide high-volume, frontline support via phone, live chat, and email for Patriot's payroll and accounting software. Troubleshoot customer issues, document interactions, relay feedback to product teams, and learn product and payroll fundamentals through an eight-week training program.

Own end-to-end benefits administration and multi-state leave compliance for a remote U.S. workforce. Administer enrollments, ACA tracking, leave case management (FMLA, ADA, state laws), coordinate with carriers and finance, and maintain HRIS records. Monitor legislation, research regulatory impacts, recommend policy changes, and advise managers. Provide People Ops support including audits, reporting, offboarding, and occasional recruiting backup.
