Provide day-to-day administration for compensation, benefits, and leave programs: field Tier-1 inquiries, process enrollments/changes, maintain job and range data, support merit/promotions, reconcile invoices, coordinate vendors, and prepare data for reports under analyst/head guidance.

Manage end-to-end customer renewals for an assigned book of business, proactively engaging customers to secure timely contract renewals, identify upsell/downsizing opportunities, resolve renewal-related concerns, coordinate with account teams on documentation, and maintain accurate CRM records and customer contact data.
