Design and document outside plant (OSP) copper and fiber telecommunications networks, including aerial, buried, and underground construction. Perform field engineering for entrance cables, Ethernet, road moves, permitting, and DOT coordination. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage multiple field assignments.

Support OSP telecommunications projects by managing pole attachment applications, permitting, and utility coordination from engineering review through final approval. Review work prints and engineering drawings, identify pole ownership, submit and track permits, resolve utility issues, and coordinate with engineering, permitting, construction, and utility teams to ensure timely attachment approvals.

Lead end-to-end engineering for complex outside plant (OSP) fiber and copper builds, overseeing design, permitting, field validation, construction readiness, QA/QC, budgeting, and closeout. Mentor junior engineers, coordinate with utilities/agencies, produce sealed plans and splicing/loss documentation, manage permits/ROW and pole attachments, and drive continuous improvements and reporting.
