Lead and mentor Talent Managers while managing a strategic roster of high-profile creators. Negotiate complex brand partnerships and licensing, develop long-term growth and business ventures, drive creator revenue, maintain CRM and forecasting, improve operational workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional creator and brand outcomes.

Support Talent Managers with end-to-end campaign execution, creator and client communication, invoicing coordination, CRM data maintenance, market research/scouting, and administrative tasks to enable campaign delivery and talent relations.

The Senior Talent Manager will manage a roster of digital talent, drive new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring operational excellence.
