Lead corporate accounting and global month-end/quarter-end close, own accruals, reconciliations, multi-currency consolidation, and technical accounting (ASC 350-40, ASC 842, ASC 606). Drive GL integrity, system integrations, automation (including AI), present results to leadership, support external audits, and mentor a corporate accounting team while partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and operations.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimize operational processes, build business cases and market analyses, own performance metrics and dashboards, and partner with executives to translate vision into tactical execution supporting international expansion and scalable growth.

Manage a territory by developing account plans, building pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner channels, and closing complex enterprise deals. Forecast and hit monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets, engage executive stakeholders, lead cross-functional deal alignment, and maintain deep product and market knowledge to position Pebl's global employment solutions.
