Lead global treasury and payments for a high-volume multi-currency business: own cross-border payment flows, cash forecasting, FX hedging, banking relationships, treasury controls, fraud prevention, and deploy AI/automation. Manage a team of four, partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Product, Ops), and support investor and M&A diligence while improving payment rails, liquidity, and provider economics.

This role focuses on scaling revenue through process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams.

The Director, Experience will lead strategic execution across multiple teams, drive large-scale change initiatives, and promote engagement and high performance within the organization.
