Build and operate PEMCO’s end-to-end AI platform, including GPU infrastructure, model serving, AI gateways, retrieval systems, agent orchestration, observability, evaluation, cost telemetry, security, and governance. Lead production deployment, monitoring, incident response, lifecycle management, and architecture standards for AI systems. Optimize model routing, costs, performance, and reliability across Azure and potential on-premises environments while influencing organization-wide AI platform and governance decisions.

Conduct complex quantitative analysis of property and casualty insurance products, evaluating performance, pricing, underwriting, trends, and KPIs. Develop dashboards, queries, data strategies, workflows, and analytical tools; present insights to executives and stakeholders; lead product and rating reviews; manage complex projects and filing workflows; collaborate with Product and Actuarial teams; mentor analysts; and recommend improvements to product strategy, data infrastructure, and processes.

Conduct complex actuarial and predictive analyses supporting insurance product development, pricing, rating, reserving, financial analysis, and process improvements. Develop large-scale predictive models, multivariate analyses, SQL queries, tools, workflows, and business processes. Collaborate with actuaries, product managers, and business teams, communicate insights, improve efficiency, and mentor less experienced staff.
