Develops training and marketing materials, manages advanced sales vendors, and collaborates with field and home office teams to drive sophisticated insurance sales.

Generates life insurance sales by recruiting, coaching, and supporting independent financial professionals across the Phoenix territory. Responsibilities include practice management, sales solicitation, case design, field underwriting, product marketing, territory management, regulatory compliance, and relationship development. The role requires frequent face-to-face meetings, regional marketing events, collaboration with internal teams, and travel of up to 70%.

Performs actuarial calculations and analyses across product development, financial management, reserving, experience studies, risk management, reporting, and regulatory requests. Investigates data and assumption issues, prepares reports and presentations, supports audits and research, and improves actuarial processes using emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools. Collaborates with Accounting and Operations while progressing toward ASA and FSA designations.
