Provides executive-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Legal Officer and Law Department. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting and board support, confidential information management, correspondence and presentation preparation, onboarding, records maintenance, budget tracking, technology communications, and process improvement. The role also supports paralegals and coordinates departmental projects, deadlines, and events with minimal supervision.

Leads underwriting and risk selection for complex life insurance applications, approving coverage, pricing, and financial risk decisions within significant authority limits. Oversees adherence to underwriting standards, conducts quality reviews, analyzes medical and financial information, supports product and process improvements, prepares reports, and collaborates with field and home-office partners. May train underwriters and participate in business planning and major projects while maintaining profitable mortality experience and regulatory compliance.

Provides technical leadership for brokerage and RIA technology platforms, defining architecture, standards, roadmaps, and reusable AWS serverless data-integration capabilities. Leads complex cross-team initiatives, architecture reviews, technical risk resolution, and solution delivery while remaining hands-on. Partners with business, product, cybersecurity, and engineering leaders, mentors senior engineers, evaluates emerging technologies, and promotes scalable, secure, observable, and reliable engineering practices.
