Oversees prospecting, account strategy, solution development, negotiations, CRM usage, budgets, performance management, and sales team growth while partnering with internal teams and manufacturer representatives.

Supports the sales team with client needs assessment, product specifications, pricing and budgetary quotes, vendor labor quotations, presentation materials, order preparation, and client documentation. Maintains client standards and project finish schedules, attends meetings, records project notes, coordinates samples, and provides general administrative support. The role requires strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and sales-support skills.
