Conduct federal background investigations to assess employment suitability for individuals seeking access to sensitive or classified government information. Interview subjects and contacts, search records, document findings in government systems, and produce accurate reports. The role requires extensive local and occasional extended travel, independent fieldwork, professional communication, confidentiality, reliable transportation, and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.

Leads the integration, migration, testing, and deployment of telecommunications infrastructure supporting the FAA National Airspace System. Directs TDM-to-IP circuit conversions, fiber and IP network integration, system validation, performance monitoring, capacity optimization, and field technical activities. Provides mentorship, stakeholder briefings, technical documentation, and hands-on troubleshooting across multi-state FAA deployments.

Leads complex federal technology programs for Department of Veterans Affairs customers, overseeing employees, subcontractors, staffing, contract performance, funding, forecasting, and multiple concurrent IT initiatives. Manages technical and administrative teams supporting software development, infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT. Requires extensive program management experience, federal contract leadership, executive government engagement, and the ability to hold Public Trust. Preferred qualifications include relevant education, certifications, government cloud experience, ITSM, DevSecOps, and federal acquisition expertise.
