Leads firmwide justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy across a global design practice. Advises executives, embeds inclusive practices into talent systems, leadership, operations, and design work, develops accountability metrics, coaches leaders, guides inclusive design, builds external partnerships, and represents the firm in industry initiatives. Requires professional design or related expertise combined with organizational change, cultural intelligence, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Lead all phases of architectural design and project delivery, manage documentation and quality control, coordinate internal and external teams, handle regulatory reviews, perform construction contract administration, mentor staff, and contribute to marketing and proposals while ensuring project technical, financial, and design goals are met.

Support architectural design across all phases for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects with a focus on sustainable, regenerative design. Perform site analysis, code research, energy modeling, BIM coordination, MEP integration, 3D massing and visualization, material research, and prepare presentations and documentation using CAD/BIM and parametric tools.

Assist architects to implement and manage sustainable, high-performance building design across projects. Perform energy modeling, LCA, daylight and hygrothermal analysis; develop parametric optimization and data-visualization tools; conduct material and decarbonization research; present findings to teams and clients; update BIM/Rhino models; support green-building certification compliance and firm-wide benchmarking to reduce operational and embodied carbon.

Lead laboratory programming, master planning, and design for complex scientific facilities. Translate user needs into lab layouts, manage equipment planning, coordinate MEP and consultants, produce architectural documents, mentor staff, and support business development and sustainability integration throughout project delivery.

Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers and Principals, including preparing contracts with AIA software, tracking contracts and insurance, managing staffing and project data, processing consultant invoices and payments, and handling scheduling, travel/expenses, and other studio administrative tasks.

The role involves technical planning and programming for laboratory facilities, leading design development, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project compliance and quality standards.

The Design Principal leads design teams to deliver high-quality projects, monitors design processes, engages in team mentorship, and supports business development and marketing efforts.

Lead schematic design and development processes, producing presentation drawings, models, and narratives. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and teams, apply building technology and code knowledge, mentor staff, produce client presentations and publications, and contribute to marketing and community engagement while ensuring document quality and adherence to budgets and schedules.

The Project Manager oversees design processes, manages project teams, communicates with clients and stakeholders, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
