Leads marketing strategy for an architecture and design studio, overseeing brand positioning, business development, proposals, presentations, communications, public relations, social media, marketing systems, metrics, budgets, and staff development. Partners with studio and practice leaders to develop winning pursuits, strengthen client relationships, track market opportunities, and support revenue growth. Requires extensive AEC marketing leadership experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with marketing and design software.

Creates high-quality graphic design work across print and digital media while maintaining corporate brand standards. Develops layouts, typography, templates, email campaigns, digital content, and video assets. Advises team members, introduces design trends and tools, manages multiple projects, incorporates feedback, and delivers work independently and on schedule.

Manages project accounting and financial performance in partnership with project managers and office leadership. Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing and fee alignment, invoicing, collections, accounts receivable and payable, journal entries, financial reporting, variance analysis, tax filings, operational planning, and corporate accounting support. The role also provides project financial training and coordinates reporting across offices.
