Lead all phases of architectural design and project delivery, manage documentation and quality control, coordinate internal and external teams, handle regulatory reviews, perform construction contract administration, mentor staff, and contribute to marketing and proposals while ensuring project technical, financial, and design goals are met.

Lead laboratory programming, master planning, and design for complex scientific facilities. Translate user needs into lab layouts, manage equipment planning, coordinate MEP and consultants, produce architectural documents, mentor staff, and support business development and sustainability integration throughout project delivery.

Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers and Principals, including preparing contracts with AIA software, tracking contracts and insurance, managing staffing and project data, processing consultant invoices and payments, and handling scheduling, travel/expenses, and other studio administrative tasks.
