The Technical Writer will create user-friendly documentation for mortgage and fintech systems, translating technical and regulatory concepts, while collaborating with various stakeholder teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Administer and develop Salesforce orgs: configure objects, security, flows, and integrations. Build solutions with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Manage data integrity, CI/CD, sandboxes, releases, and performance. Integrate with MuleSoft/OKTA, implement AI-driven Salesforce features, ensure HIPAA/CMS-aligned security, and support Agile ceremonies, UAT, training, and post-production support.
