Lead Strategist will build strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical clients, develop multi-year patient engagement strategies, turn campaign insights into data-driven recommendations, drive thought leadership, collaborate cross-functionally to shape Phreesia's patient-facing platform, design scalable pilots, and present and facilitate stakeholder alignment to improve patient outcomes and client growth.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for newly contracted healthcare clients on the Phreesia SaaS platform. Manage project timelines, product configuration, workflow setup, staff training, and go‑live milestones. Monitor adoption and KPIs, escalate risks, document configurations, and surface product feedback to Product Management while collaborating with Success, Support, Sales, and Product teams.

Own end-to-end patient engagement campaigns for pharmaceutical clients: kickoff through launch and measurement, manage setup, quality control, reporting, client communication, cross-functional coordination, process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
