Partner with hiring managers and executives, source and close SaaS talent, develop headhunting strategies, assess candidates, ensure a high-touch candidate experience, coach interview teams, report recruiting metrics, and improve talent acquisition processes and tools.

Present and demonstrate Pigment’s AI-powered enterprise planning platform to prospective customers. Apply expertise in financial modeling, business analysis, and planning technology across CPG, retail, or life sciences. Troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with stakeholders at varying levels, and support pre-sales engagements in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 25% of the time.

Own North American sales enablement strategy and programs focused on seller performance, deal quality, and revenue outcomes. Design training on enterprise sales methodologies, coach sellers and frontline managers, lead deal reviews, develop playbooks and sales content, and analyze performance metrics to improve win rates and conversion. Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
