Lead the commercial organization for an ERP reseller, owning sales, marketing, account management, partnerships, and commercial operations. Define GTM strategy, implement repeatable sales processes, drive pipeline and new logo acquisition, expand existing accounts, recruit and develop sales talent, and deliver metric-driven forecast and revenue growth while reporting to the CEO.

Consult with manufacturing and product-based clients to analyze financial operations, support or lead QAD ERP finance implementations, improve reporting, costing, budgeting, and forecasting, validate ERP financial data integrity, deliver presentations and training, and advise leadership on process improvements while mentoring junior consultants as appropriate.
