Lead and scale a renewals organization across the Americas to maximize recurring revenue through high renewal rates, churn mitigation, price uplift, disciplined forecasting, cross-functional partnership, policy and process enforcement, executive negotiations, and talent development to improve Net Revenue Retention.

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and sales, quantify business value of Ping Identity solutions, build C-level ROI narratives, scale value methodologies with AI, influence product and GTM strategy, and support post-sale value realization and expansion.
